Our Story:

At Mountain Mindset , our founder Ivan’s journey mirrors the spirit of adventure we aim to inspire.

In 2011, at the age of 19, a random move to Alabama sparked a fire of what felt like freedom. By 2014, he made young Ivan’s dream come true by moving to Colorado. If he wouldn’t of moved to Alabama, the connection to Colorado wouldn’t of happened. Or maybe it would have, just through another means.

After a few moves chasing the dreams of being a Chef - Big Sky in 2015, Wyoming in 2016, and years spent between Vail and Steamboat Springs - the essence of mountain living became a part of who we are.

The move to Atlanta in May of 2024 ended a decade long dream and the start of a new Chapter: Fatherhood.

Where we hope to pass along the life lessons and wisdom to our younger ones and remind them to “Go Adventure!”

Our Philosophy:

We’ve always thought to let what is, be what it is, not to stress over stuff you cannot change but don’t let opportunities for positive change in your life pass you by. As we only have one life and if you stay stuck in the ways of old, life will literally pass you by.
